JoinMe is an application used for online meetings with the built-in possibility to transfer files as well, but I wouldn't use it exclusively for this purpose. To transfer the photos from your Huawei mobile phone to the Mac, connect the phone using its own USB cable and enable file transfer.
Alternatively, have the Mac and the Huawei device connected to the same router, then install AirDroid on the phone and access it from Mac using the IP address shown in the AirDroid app and you can transfer the files from the browser.
