When searching on Google Search, the term "IMButikk3" doesn't show any results at all. There is actually no website that shows information about the IMButikk3 which could also mean that it has been discontinued from development and distribution. didn't find any alternative as well. However, since its name contains IM, I believe this is just a chat application and luckily you can use other apps as well since they're so many nowadays.
