The Maquette Volume application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've searched the web and all the related websites and no versions were available. Because of this, it's hard to say if it will work on Windows 7 or not. However, use a USB flash drive and copy the installation directory then place it on the Windows 7 PC in the same location where it was previously installed on the Vista PC.
For additional compatibility, right click on the executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility and select Windows Vista from the drop down menu.
