Data transmission depends entirely on the connectivity ports and the software you use for this procedure. I strongly recommend checking the available features of the controller and the software you use as well as the necessary cables to be plugged in and the drivers because we all know that if a machine isn't marked as Plug-n-Play, drivers will be necessary to make the connection successfully between the device and the PC.
I've also searched the web, but I didn't find anything about it in terms of connectivity and data transmission, therefore I believe that what I've said above applies here as well.
