Problems with the battery.

First time using this PMT, BATTERY already charge fully, but shows the following error LOW BATTERY! RECHARGE.

FIRST SCREEN SHOW " BATTERY= 19.91 V BATTERY OK" SECOND SCREEN SHOW " INITIALIZING USB DRIVE PLEASE WAIT" THIRD SCREEN SHOW " USB DRIVE NOT INSTALLED"

We have selected MEASURE RIDE and press ENT. Select ELEVATOR, select RIDE, the next screen shown in the display screen as below :

LOW BATTERY! RECHARGE PRESS ENT TO RETURN TO MAIN MENU

You will have to contact the manufacturer since this is a very serious issue with the device being so expensive. Unfortunately, there is anything someone can do remotely, but I advise you visit their official website and use the contact options to report this issue. Luckily, their website is still functional and contains all the necessary details to get in touch through phone, email, or a contact form.
