The problem with FIESA is that it's nowhere to be found. I couldn't find anything about it or its website, nor any troubleshooting documents, therefore it's impossible to provide the activation steps or to troubleshoot the error. However, the software should run as it is in trial or demo mode. After it starts, go to Help > About or Help > Content to obtain the details of the developers, then you can get in touch with them to ask for directions.
