I've searched the web, but couldn't find anything related to font requirement for the installation of TSB Supercargo. The error you have encountered is probably related to other application that needs the font. Also, I advise looking next to the installation package. Developers tend to copy fonts and additional resources required for the main install of the software.
There is also impossible to contact the developers since no website has been configured for this procedure.
