I've searched the web to find the system requirements for Intact SMART, but couldn't find anything about it nor Windows 10 which could also mean that it's not compatible with the mentioned operating system. In Windows 10, you will have to reinstall it, but this time make sure to choose Run as Administrator. This will give exclusive permissions to the software and it will install the necessary drivers for the virtual printer, therefore making it available again in the printer list.
