I don't think it's possible to create templates anymore, primarily because the Customer Assistance Portal is not available and appears to be discontinued. Without availability, the software lacks support for troubleshooting and user guides. However, if you still have the software installed, load up a template and then see if you can modify it. Such applications often allow users to customize their templtes as they please based on their needs and preference.
Alternatively, look in the installation folder for additional information regarding customization of templates. You might find user guides in CHM, PDF, or HLP format.
