Error launching PC Study Bible

Question

I have been using this program for 2 years. Today I tried to open it up and it said "No SCU installation files could be found. Please reinstall PC Study Bible or contact Biblesoft". I am a missionary in Cameroon, Africa and the computer I use was given to me as a gift with the software on it. Please, tell me what to do. I need this software immediately because I am in the middle of writing a book and use this software for my study. Thanks so much. This software is a blessing to me and an answer to prayers.

I'm not completely sure what caused your problem with PC Study Bible, but it could either be that your license has expired or some kind of registry error in Windows. First, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. If you don't have the installer anymore, try installing CCleaner and see if fixing registry errors will get the tool to run.

If that doesn't work either, I recommend talking to the developers directly using the contact form on their website, but don't be too surprised if you'll eventually be asked to purchase the software.

Uninstall the application and in case there is no backup of the same app try downloading it.

I just got this same message. BUT, good news for me and HOPEFULLY for you as well...

Instead of just double-left-clicking on the icon to start the program, RIGHT-click on the icon, and then left-click on "Run as administrator". The program should load. God bless.

I have been using One Touch from Biblesoft for years. Recently I had to buy a new computer but I cannot get it installed. The asked to Register this Program with the Code I got when I pruchased. It just will not open. I have sent a number of emails to Bible soft but no repiles or help is forthcoming. Please help.

You got me interested. There is something to think about here.
