I've searched the web including the official website, but I couldn't find anything about this application and the way it works. Based on its availability status, I must say that it's now discontinued. The official website doesn't even mention it and on Google Search, it appears only on a few websites that have no connection to the main one.
If you have it installed, go to the installation folder and look for readme files in TXT, CHM or even PDF format.
