This happens because Mandimain is not configured for the Windows 10 operating system. I've checked all the available websites and didn't find anything about it. The best thing for you right now is to run the software in compatibility mode or use a virtual machine with a previous version of Windows, one that you know it worked normally without errors.
for compatibility, right click the shortcut and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows (preferably Windows XP Service Pack 3).
for a virtual machine, install VirtualBox, and then use the guide on their website to create a VM to install Mandimain.
