To use A+ Classroom SRS on a smart TV, the developers have to develop a dedicated application for the operating system that is currently running on that TV. It's a tedious process and in most of the cases, not available.
The simplest way to check if there is a version of A+ Classroom SRS for your TV is through the Store application available on that TV. Most Smart TVs have a physical button the remote control that starts the Store app.
I tried to visit the official website, but it appears that the domain is now expired. I don't think the website will come back online anytime soon.
