Typically, the update should be available from within the application's interface. What you see in the pop-up is a notification. Start the application, then look for update notification. Access and confirm it, then FairPoint Security Suite will update itself with the new version.
Sometimes you are instructed to follow an online page to download the update which can be applied over your current installation.
I couldn't find the exact procedure since the FairPoint Security Suite doesn't appear anywhere.
