I've installed the application and checked every possible setting that's available. I've even opened the files found in the installation folder and nothing. If you look in the C:\Program Files (x86)\IW1QLH\HRDLabel\Documents there will be a file called help_xml.pdf.
Also, install a PDF reader to be able to open the file in the Documents folder. Also, get in touch with the developer to see if he can implement this into the application.
