Unfortunately, the official documentation that SILworX provides, doesn't specify exactly which Windows versions the application is compatible with. On tool's main page is stated that the program runs on all Windows PCs, which should mean that Windows 10 is included, but I can't be 100% sure about it.
However, I recommend sending an email to info@hima.com and asking the developers directly about the application's Windows 10 compatibility.
