I've searched the web but didn't find any options for CAD to Motion. I've specifically searched if there is a possibility to launch the application using command line arguments and couldn't find anything. I recommend checking the built-in Help section to see all the corresponding commands for this application in case it supports it.
Additionally, look in the installation folder as well because there could be guides there placed by the developers.
