Officially, no, Kundli 7 is not compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. On the official website, it's listed that it works only with the following versions of Windows: Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 compatible.
However, in Windows 10 as long as you are logged with an Administrator user and have access to the setup package, everything should work. Right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator then simply follow the instructions.
