No, Password Breaker is not compatible for password breaking because it uses a brute force way of getting the password. This could take years to complete. Secondly, there is another application called OPHCrack which can be installed on a USB drive to boot it and then attempt a recovery of the password in question from Linux using SAM files found in Windows where the passwords are stored.
