When I downloaded Sound Organizer into my new Windows 10 machine, the font size is about 2 and unreadable without a magnifying glass. My computer guy has tried various things, but none worked. Any ideas?
This happens due to the DPI scaling feature found in the Windows operating systems. I know that it happened to me as well with one of my programs, and I believe this happens to the Sound Organizer as well. To fix it, simply change the DPI scaling using Start > Settings. Type DPI into the search box then click the option that appears. I recommend increasing it.
what worked for me was right click on the program, go to properties, then compatibility. Click on change high dpi settings. Click on High dpi scaling override, and make sure the override is of the system.
Your display is too high a resolution for Sound organizer. Change the setting temporarily to a lower setting when using sound organizer. When done, switch it back.
