I have a laptop running Windows 7 and want to use this dongle with it but can't use the existing driver as it doesn't go up to Windows 7. Is there an updated driver that will allow me to use the dongle with Windows 7?
I've searched the web up and down but didn't find a Windows 7 driver for the MF622 HSDPA EDGE USB MODEM device. The latest supported version is Vista 64bit. Try using the one that you have. Install its software, reboot the PC, insert the MODEM, then go to Device Manager using Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. Right click the device with the yellow exclamation mark and click Update Driver, then point the path to the Program Files and the ZTE directory, since this is a ZTE product.
