If the file in question has gotten overwritten by Lenovo Photo Master, there's no way you can get it back, not even by using a data recovery tool as the new image occupies the same disk sector as the old one did.
However, I've tested the program for myself, and whenever I cut a picture, the original image only disappears from the application's interface. In the folder where the image was actually stored, I found both the original picture and the cut image stored separately, so you should check that out.
