Viber is exclusively for iOS and Android operating systems which run on most of the smartphones.
If you want an alternative to Viber, you can always use Skype because it is practically the same application (I mean, it is using the same technology for placing calls).
For the use of Skype you will need a username and password in order to connect and call for free.
