The application's website is no longer valid which usually means that the tool has been discontinued, so there's no newer version specifically designed to work with Windows 10. However, you may still be able to install and use it on a Windows 10 PC either by setting up a virtual machine with an older Windows version on it and running the application through the VM or by using the Windows compatibility settings. To do this, right-click the Mines And Minerals executable, go to Properties and click on the Compatibility tab. Now, check the box that says Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows XP or Windows 7 from the drop-down menu, press Apply the click on OK. Finally, right-click the application, select the Run as Administrator option and it should work now.
