I've tried to Install DIRECTV Player 7 times. It keeps telling me to install it. What's the problem?

The official application supports mobile devices only. The one on Windows doesn't appear to be supported anymore, therefore the cause of the issues you're having. However, according to the available information, you just need a browser updated to the latest version to watch the streams wherever you are.
