PLMPack StackBuilder

I'm trying to install the software PLMPack StackBuilder on my computer, but when I install the program it doesn't want to proceed with the installation despite of me using the product key that I received. I am a student and I need this software to do a research work.

I've installed the application and send an email to the address listed in the installation window.

Here is the one I've received:

"Thanks to using the PLMPack platform, the eco-design software to optimize packaging systems.
The installation key for your free software license is:
StackBuilder 2: FX15VR70ZH07
PLMPackLiB 8 : FX16VR80ZH08"

I installed the product and it works just fine.

As writen on the dialog box when you launch StackBuilder installer, you need to send an email to [email protected] and the you receive by return the serial number to install and use the software.
