Maps update for BOSS BV9386NV GPS .

Question

I bought my system which doesn't have Canadian mapping only USA, Puerto Rico and some Europeans countries. Can you explain to me how to get the proper system for my SD card? Also how to get that SD card out you need very little fingers or they must be a trick to get it out. Please send me an email at robther@hotmail.com since my phone is not working since the system is only for USA.

You need to contact support because as far as I know, for these devices you need a special type of maps developed and modified exactly for them. You can use the contacts on the following page to get in touch with the support section. They should provide all the necessary instructions. This also applies to devices from this category. Few are the situations when manufacturers allow public downloading for their devices.
