I got a dataset from a site, which contains UTF-8 characters that were not properly displayed. I tried for some time and did not find solutions to fix it. Did I miss something?
I've downloaded the Christine-GIS Viewer and created a new project then crawled all the menus available within the software and couldn't find anything about the encoding part which could also mean that the file needs to be created with the encoding you need before you can actually add it in the software.
