Is it possible to use Agile express 9.0 with Windows XP 32 bit?
You can download the application if you have an Oracle account since public downloading is not available, but it's uncertain if it will run on Windows XP 32bit and I am saying this because Windows XP is an unsupported operating system. The latest version is Windows 10 and you'll have more chances running it on this version of Windows instead of XP.
