How can I download pictures in Windows XP that I saved with a Snapshot Express program I used with Windows 98?

The Snapshot program will not work in Windows XP.

Windows Xp has some compatibility with Windows 98 applications. You should try to set "Windows 98" compatibility to the software you are using. If this is not working I am afraid that you will need to use the original Windows 98 and the software to export the pictures and then transfer them to Windows XP or simply install Windows Xp and save pictures to a different partition where you can access it later.
