The software doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked the official website but it redirects to something else now. I managed to load an old page and it says that it serves for legacy products, but the problem is that nothing on the website can be interacted with.
You will have to get in touch with the developers in order to see how to properly make a traffic light. I believe they will either recommend a new product or give you the necessary instructions to do so.
