It's impossible to say if the application works on Windows 7 or not, primarily due to the fact that no website is available to acquire the necessary data. I've used all the search engines and couldn't find anything which could also mean that the product might be discontinued as well.
However, if you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the drop-down menu, and tick the Run as Administrator option as well. This little tweak should increase the compatibility with newer versions of Windows.
