This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms error:ACT.

The problem is caused by the MD5 algorithm. You can use some ways to disable this error:

1. Disable the "Local Security Setting System cryptography" policy in Windows by going to Start > Run > gpedit.msc

2. Go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative tools > Local Security Policy. Select "Security Options" and look for "System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing." Disable this if it's enabled.

3. Set 1 to fipsalgorithmpolicy using Start > Run > regedit.
