Problem with the registry cleaner.

I ran the registry cleaner, and now, IE 11 and Chrome don't work anymore.

Unfortunately, that can happen sometimes when registry cleaners delete files they consider to be junk, but that are actually in use by other applications. The simplest solution for you would be to uninstall and reinstall the two browsers in question on your computer.

Alternatively, in case you've created a Windows backup, you can roll back to it by going to Control Panel->System and Security->Backup and Restore. Most registry cleaners offer to create restore points before modifying your registry entries exactly in case something like this happens.
