Unfortunately, I see no recent mention of a similar issue online. However, there could be a number of reasons for your problem. Firstly, the application only works with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10, so if you have an older version of the operating system you need to upgrade. Secondly, you should make sure that you have administrator privileges and that you choose the Run as Administrator option when you launch the program. Lastly, in case you have another antivirus installed on your PC you need to uninstall it first as the two applications might be in conflict with each other.
