This application is discontinued which means that support practically doesn't exist anymore. I've checked various websites, but couldn't find anything related to password reset procedure, therefore I recommend checking the built-in Help section for this application. You can find Help files in the installation folder as well.
This is the only way since no other data could be found through Google or other search engine.
