According to the program's definition, the software was created as a debugging tool that can be used in Visual Studio and primarily uses the C++ programming language and debugs code based on this language. However, I;ve checked the website of the developer and it appears that the project hasn't been updated since 2013, therefore I doubt that it will work anymore on the newer operating systems or newer versions of Visual Studio.
