No, the software wasn't developed for TTS (text-to-speech) support, but it's capable of recording audio to store it in audio files. I've checked its description and it's nowhere mentioned about the feature you need.
There are other apps created with TTS support, but they're exclusively developed exactly for this purpose only and they're also shareware which means that you have to buy them.
