I managed to crawl the web to CATIPhone's official website, but unfortunately, even though it is functional, it isn't finished. It doesn't contain any information regarding the application and no details about how one could contact the support or sales departments of the company.
My only advice is to try accessing the previously mentioned website at a later date when it will hopefully be finished or at least offer some relevant information.
