When I try to open the file I receive a message saying the installer file is damaged. What can I do to repair/replace it?
The widget of the application is installed on the Adobe AIR platform. I've installed that platform and the widget as well and everything worked normally. I recommend re-downloading the installation packages, but this time make sure to disable any download managers that you have installed on your PC.
