ADOC N@vigator is part of a bundle called simply ADOC, and it's an application designed to various jobs regarding document managing in flight operations. According to what I've just read on various websites, it appears that the Navigator makes sure you browse the correct documents and manage them so anyone in the company where it's installed has access to correct data.
