The PropTrend application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I've checked pages listed through Google Search, but there is only talking about the program without a real download or installation package. Because of that, you will have to manually copy the software to the other PC.
Luckily, there are plenty ways to do that. You can use LAN to simply copy the folder to the other PC, or a USB flash drive to copy the folder on and then transfer it. You might have to re-register the software once more if the registration data is still available.
