I can't get my computer to read my disk. I realize this is an older version, but I was hoping to still use it. Is that possible?
The GradeQuick is a product of Edline, but their website doesn't provide any information about installation or customization which means the only way to acquire the data is through support. Access their website (owned by Blackboard) and contact them with this information. If you are eligible, I believe a new disk will be provided to you to install the software (if it's available).
