I lost my user name and password and can not access my notes. It is critical that you direct me as to how to get into my program for notes. There is not option that says if you forgot password or username.
There was a previous question related to the Confidant software, but there wasn't much to be found since the developers don't offer information about it. This is one of the apps that have support only if you are a customer or through local partners.
