"Service unavailable" error when running SJphone.

Question

I installed SJphone on my PC, but it's constantly showing a "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" error. What's going on? Could you please give me an answer?

It seems that the service has been suspended. There's no official record of it, so I can't tell if the problem is temporary or permanent, but both the application's main page and the download page are no longer functional. It may be a while until it gets fixed and there's nothing you can do to get SJphone working in the meantime.

It is due to the network configuration of the profile. It happens when you have several possible connections, like wifi and ethernet, so the sjphone can't determine the IP to use. A fast solution is to disable the other network adapters when using sjphone, leaving only ethernet available. It works for me, but is annoing to do and undo each time
