According to the release notes on its official website, the application was last updated in 2011, so the last Windows version officially supported is Windows 7. However, the application will probably still work on Windows 10 as well and in case it doesn't you can try right clicking the executable, selecting Properties, then going to the Compatibility tab, checking the box marked Run this program in compatibility mode for, selecting Windows 7 or Windows XP and clicking Apply.
