Can I download Adobe Flash Player on my Nintendo 3DS?

Development of Adobe Flash Player for mobile/handheld platforms has been recently discontinued. Since the release of the Nintendo 3DS there was no news or plans for a version for this handheld console. Along with Flash Player, there is another vital feature that Nintendo 3DS lacks which is in-browser PDF support.

There might be plans for next generation consoles but it is just a guess or uncertain.
