Displaying only half the screen.

I've bought the microscope recently. It was working just fine in Windows 10. But after some trying with different functions and resolution thing. The camera now only display half the screen (as from attached image), I don't not how this happened. Any clue? Thanks.

I've tried to download Gaosuo, but couldn't find anything about it which means that the software is somehow bundled with the device which is absolutely normal. My bet is to reinstall the software or delete its settings. Since it's a just a simple view, reinstalling should delete all the modified files and replace them with the default ones that are working fine.

Before installing, look in the installation folder for INI or CFG files. Remove the files, restart the software and check its behavior. Reinstall it if it's the same as before.
