I wouldn't recommend using it since the application is not rendered obsolete due to the fact that it supports older and unsupported operating systems.
There are other applications ready to be used to migrate the data from one PC to another. The best way to do this is through system backup, and luckily, there are many of these apps already available.
Here are some you can use to transfer the data through the backup procedure: Acronis True Image Home or EaseUS Todo PCTrans Pro.
