Everything about the software is explained in its official user guide that comes with the installation package. Access the application page on Software Informer to download it, then extract the archive and open the ESS Help.pdf file with the browser or your favorite PDF reader. If you lack a PDF reader, then there are plenty alternatives you can use to install on your PC.
